By Car

With the new Inland Island Highway, visitors can drive North from Victoria to Courtenay in approximately two and a half hours, or from Nanaimo to Courtenay in just over one hour. Take exit #117 off the Island Highway, then turn right onto Cliffe Avenue. Turn right on 17th Street, then left on the bypass (Hwy 19). Turn right on Ryan Road (just after the Superstore) and travel approximately 3 km's up Ryan Road hill. Crown Isle is at the top of the hill on the right hand side.

By Ferry

Visitors can board a BC Ferry on the Lower Mainland side at either the Horseshoe Bay Terminal in West Vancouver or the Tsawassen Terminal in Richmond. The sailing time is approximately one hour and 45 minutes. After arriving at either Duke Point or Departure Bay terminals in Nanaimo, visitors drive north on the Inland Island Highway to Courtenay in just over one hour. If you are coming from Seattle, you can also walk aboard the Clipper ship, which will bring you into downtown Victoria.

By Air

Many daily scheduled flights with Pacific Coastal are available from the South Terminal in Richmond direct to the Comox Airport (YQQ). This quick 35 minute flight soars over Georgia Straight, coastal mountains and gulf islands. The Comox Airport is a mere five minute drive from Crown Isle Resort. WestJet is now providing direct non-stop service from Calgary to Comox in only 80 minutes!
